The Brownsville Historical Association will host a talk by Dr. Steven P. Schneider (The University of Texas Rio Grande Valley) about U.S./Mexican border life. The lecture coincides with the traveling bilingual exhibit Borderlines: Drawing Border Lives, developed by Dr. Schneider and Reefka Schneider.
