Texas A&M International University and the Laredo Public Library will hold the tenth iteration of this popular annual city-wide reading program. The featured text this year is Lev Golinkin’s memoir A Backpack, A Bear, and Eight Crates of Vodka. The author will visit Laredo and participate in book and panel discussions for the general public and local students.
