Humanities Texas will hold a workshop to share information about our resources with West Texas residents. The workshop will take place from 9:30–11 a.m. on February 23 at the Permian Basin Petroleum Museum in Midland.

The workshop is free and open to the public. Come learn about the resources that Humanities Texas provides, including our traveling exhibitions program, our teacher institutes and awards, and the grants we provide for public humanities programs.

“Celebrations of Light,” an annual storytelling festival for children and families, is one program that Humanities Texas has supported in Midland.
