Rockdale will host its sixth annual Tejas Festival, which features presentations by authors, the display of a Humanities Texas exhibit, an art show, and a car show. Participating authors include Dr. Carl Rollyson (Baruch College), Milton Jordan, Jacqueline Kelly, Sherry Garland, Kari Ann Holt, and Diana Lopez.
