Galveston Historical Foundation’s Jubilee Harbor Tour allows visitors the opportunity to see the jetties built as a result of the 1890 Rivers and Harbors Bill up close from the water while also learning about Galveston’s historic harbor. Tours are led by GHF’s Maritime Educator Susan Vanderford aboard the excursion boat Seagull II.
