The West Texas A&M University Foundation will host their biannual Garry L. Nall Lecture at the Panhandle-Plains Historical Museum. Professor Brian DeLay (UC Berkeley) will present a lecture titled “The Texas Gun Frontier and the Travails of Mexican History.”
