The Treasures of Tutankhamun
Exhibition

Tutankhamun is the most familiar and most popular of ancient Egyptian rulers. When Howard Carter found his tomb in 1922, the whole world paid attention. When his treasures toured the United States, unprecedented crowds lined up to view and learn. This exhibition, based on the major traveling display, has been reconstructed to tell the story of Tutankhamun as it was told through Carter’s discovery and the original traveling exhibition.
