"Neches Journeys: Land, River, and People," a Humanities Texas exhibition developed in collaboration with The History Center in Diboll, highlights the cultural heritage of the Neches River Basin. Since late April, the exhibition has traveled to several East Texas venues including Village Creek State Park for the annual Texas Wilderness Pow Wow, the visitor's center at Big Thicket National Preserve, Ben J. Rogers Regional Visitors Center near Beaumont, and First Street Arts Center in Lufkin for the Neches River Rendezvous reception. Learn more about this exhibition on the Humanities Texas website.
