At the Dallas Institute of Humanities and Culture’s annual symposium on civil rights, the keynote speaker is Reverend Dr. William J. Barber II, the pastor of Greenleaf Christian Church in Goldsboro, North Carolina, and leader of the Forward Together Moral Movement. Following his lecture, Barber will participate in a panel discussion with local civic leaders.
