Humanities Texas is pleased to announce that proceeds from our 2025 Holiday Book Fair will be donated to the following libraries: Palmview Municipal Library, Winters Public Library, and Wolfe City Public Library. Each organization will receive $1,500.

"This donation comes at an ideal time as our library prepares for this year's summer reading program, themed 'Uncover a Story,'" says Palmview Municipal Library Director Jaime Tijerina. "A portion of the funds will support interactive programs, such as a mock excavation site and special presentations from local museums. The remaining funds will help us expand our collection with books and materials related to the theme for our community to enjoy."

In Winters and Wolfe City, the donations will be used to enhance library offerings and purchase new titles for circulation.

Humanities Texas is proud to support the work of libraries statewide. Details about the 2026 Holiday Book Fair will be announced this fall.
