Herrera of the U.S. Army War College led a webinar exploring the Revolutionary War from late 1777, following the Battle of Saratoga, through its conclusion in 1784, from both American and global perspectives. Herrera's presentation was part of "The American Revolutionary War: Part II," a teacher professional development webinar sponsored by Humanities Texas.
