Pulitzer Prize-winning historian David M. Kennedy of Stanford University delivers a talk on World War II on June 7, 2011, at the Lyndon Baines Johnson Library in Austin, Texas. Kennedy’s presentation was part of “The Making of Modern America,” a Humanities Texas teacher professional development institute cosponsored by The University of Texas at Austin College of Liberal Arts and the LBJ Presidential Library.
