In spring 2024, Humanities Texas will hold in-person and online programs for classroom teachers covering topics in U.S. history, government, Texas history, and English language arts.


On March 20 and 27, 2024, Humanities Texas will hold two 75-minute webinars for English language arts teachers on teaching works of utopian and dystopian literature at the secondary level.

On March 25, 2024, Humanities Texas will hold a 75-minute webinar for English language arts and social studies teachers facilitated by educators from Asia Society Texas on teaching Asian and Asian American art, history, and culture.

On April 2, 2024, Humanities Texas will hold a webinar facilitated by educators from the Smithsonian American Art Museum introducing teachers to a variety of resources and strategies for using art to help students explore different styles of writing.

On April 25, 2024, Humanities Texas will hold a one-day workshop in San Marcos for English language arts (ELA) and social studies teachers on Texas in art, film, and music.
